· We ship all items by standard US Mail, usually within three business days of receiving your order. Typical delivery time is 4-8 business days from the day your package is dropped off. Faster shipping may be available for an additional charge, please inquire. We can ship internationally, just message us for a quote. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
· In an effort to reduce waste, we try to ship our products in recycled boxes or vinyl envelopes depending on order size. Package will always display a Lake Livin’ mailing address sticker for proper identification. Also, we do not include invoice slips. You will get a receipt emailed upon order completion. If you need an invoice/receipt mailed or have a special request for gift wrapping/packaging, just let us know! We will be happy to help. An additional fee may apply.
